When I signed up I waited like 4 months, sent 3 different emails to support and didn't hear a thing from them. I went to Ko-Fi and was ready to go the same day.

I also face the same issue, i made a subscribestar on 2020, but i havent got approved yet till now. i keep sending them mail a lot for almost few month then nothing reply me back.
