● You free to request cancellation at any time. You must contact me to request cancellation. ● If an order is canceled before the work has started you will receive a full refund. ● If an order is canceled after partial completion, the refund will be determined by how much progress has been made. ● If an order is canceled after the 1st draft has reached a state of completion, only a half-refund will be allotted. |

● I reserve the right to turn down any commission for any reason or lack thereof. ● I reserve the right to charge for additional alterations past the agreed upon allowance. ● I reserve the right to cancel an ongoing commission, refunding the client according to my refund policy. ● I reserve the right to display my commission works and those in progress publicly. If you wish for your commission to be a private work, you MUST state your intentions as such during our discussions. |

● The Client agrees to cover any incurred additional fees (extra alterations, payment processing fees, fiat currency conversion fees, ect) ● The Client agrees to set a reasonable deadline before work has started. ● If no deadline is set, the work will be completed as soon as able - however works with dedicated deadlines will take precedent. ● The Client may repost the commissioned work elsewhere so long as creator credit is given. ● The Client will be commissioning me for a personal use production, if you have commercial intent for my commission then further clarifications must be discussed first. ● The Client must be of 18 year of age, minimum. There will be zero exceptions. ● The final product The Client receives will be rendered "as-is'. I do not give permission for unauthorized alterations to my works. ● The Client must read and agree to these terms if they wish to commission me. |
