Need money for my cats

I really hate doing this, but it's getting kinda serious

We recently got evicted from our home and we're lucky to find a new place
The problem is we are in a strict budget as our rent it triple what it was before

And our new landlord hates that we have cats
He's telling us that we must get our cats spayed soon or we must get rid of them

We had planned on doing this anyway, but our sudden move changed a lot of our plans

The reason I need help, is because the only vet willing to do the neutering wants roughly $200 per cat
And that's on the cheaper side, another wants like $400+ per

Now,no have almost half of that from some extremely generous friends

I read journals like these, and I have say it is a blessing and a Godsend I was able to get my own place with my name on the deed 20 years ago.
I could write a book on the stressful situations I've endured when I use to rent.
