I assume the admins have sent out the results to everyone volunteered roughly at the same time. So I'm curious who the 20 chosen ones are. Any of my followers got inside? 😁

Unless there was an Ai Director who used their long standing account for the application I fear that none of us using our Ai accounts were selected. Guess we can only pray it's not a certain brat >_>

Well, fuck. You were one of the two people whose outcomes I cared about. 😐 Maybe there're other good candidates among AI directors, but I don't remember anyone else being open about interacting with newbies and stuff.

I'm pretty sure admins know all my accounts, and with 90% of AI directors sitting on alts, I'd be surprised if that issue was ignored. 😆

My initial expectation was that it's experience that matters, like in 90% of all job applications, but apparently only comments/journals + tickets in/out + online time were taken into account. These are fine metrics in the vacuum, but considering what a dickhead I am, I'm not surprised I got kicked out. 😆

I was likely turned down due to my account not even being a year old, and for the few times they actually pulled down my pieces. It's a shame, I thought I was very good in my interactions with the Support Team when I initially joined but there came a point where they outright stopped responding to one of my primary tickets try to restore posts I brought back into compliance.

My guess that the support team isn't necessarily fond of me, they just put up with me because of my fans so long as I don't push the boundaries too much x3

And likewise I was hoping you would have a strong shot at the job >n< I only mentioned one of my alt accounts once and I don't know if they noticed to take into account that I have been in the shadows for years xD

If memory serves me right, I got 2 submissions hidden and got one of them restored, with minimal interaction. However, I'm an argumentative prick who responds to dick moves with dick moves and learns the exact rule boundaries the hard way, which did receive attention from the mods. 😅 My response was ultra-dumb cringe, and I think the mods ignored my counter-ticket too. 😆 Since then, I've consistently stayed at a safe distance from the boundary, for what it's worth. I don't remember anything else really. Though there may be something random 10 years ago.

One major factor against me is that I'm not on Inkbunny daily. Sometimes I'm online 24/7, sometimes I virtually disappear for months. That might be suboptimal for a mod, but it can work for some task categories. Not sure.

I have quite some experience moderating (StackOverflow, Telegram groups, web forums), which I thought is relevant, but apparently it's not. 😆 The response was "automated", so maybe all of that was taken into account, but my wrongdoings overwhelmed whatever positive sides I may have.

The fact that you didn't get in is a bummer. I had that line in my application, by the way: "If VenisonCreamPie comes 4th and I come 3rd, I cancel my application. I believe they'll represent my values well enough." 😁

I have a suspicion that whoever regularly spammed Support Tickets for 10 years will have the highest priority. Which, uh, includes a certain person who created 500 tickets covering each AI submission with incomplete metadata...

I really do this the only support tickets I have ever submitted has either been in response to Inkbunny Support's Actions Against my Posts... requesting Bulk Uploading Permissions... and literally just asking if I was allowed to post an Adoptable xD

So...yeah I get it lol, me whispering to users whenever I occasionally see mistakes over reporting makes me much less favorable x3

Also I give you props Super Mod Kadm, I was so thoroughly thrown off when I saw you replying to my post on someone else's journal where you have not been ritualistically summoned 🤣🤣 It is very heartwarming to know you do just genuinely listen and engage with users. That's some points in my book. 😁

Also AutoSnep.. why me of all people lmao don't you remember that for the first month when I joined I was basicslly the Hazardous Hooved Terror that overwhelmed the Front Page of Inkbunny last year and nearly.single hardly caused every user to Vent out lashing out against AI Art? 🙀 I am over exaggerating but still lol

Just checked. I have submitted about 10 reports across all my accounts. Maybe I'd do it more often if the response time wasn't 6 months to 3 years. 😆

Never got a response on the bulk upload request. I'm not even sure it's useful. I just switched from PNGs to JPEGs and the suffering from uploading/reencoding speed disappeared. 😎 Smart people use PostyBirb, but I'm stuck with my tagging scripts. 😁

Admins have a global journal feed so they regularly check journals, especially those discussing important Inkbunny issues.

I'm not sure whether they work in shifts or something, but previously it was GreenReaper who was replying to every comment complaining about AI. Now it's Kadm's turn, it seems. 😆 I've no idea how GreenReaper survived through this. It'd drive me nuts.

It's not newbie mistakes that count, it's the attitude and interaction with others. Babysitting newbies is an important job.

Congratulations, we're fucked. I have two negatives: (1) lack of desire to be involved in permabans for the first lie (I think you said you agree with that on Discord?), (2) strong opinion on AI. All the remaining 20 competitors don't have (1) because they didn't mention anything of that sort. So unless K has extra negatives besides (2), he's in.

Well, lessons were learned. 😐

Well, K's position is "Moderation is just a tool — what I really want is to cleanse Inkbunny of AI plague" (he openly stated that more than once), which I think would be considered an extra negative, but I'm not sure the admins are aware.
