Luck is still with me for once again I made another trip around the sun, walking and talking with little excitement. I got ultrasounded and the results are still a boring negative across the board. no reoccurring growth on the kidney, the other organs are normal so I'm still on the right track at being healthy *pops the confetti* . Now that the weather is warming up I hope to get out and start biking for the cardio provided a safe route can be found.
