You can download it here. I think it's indispensable for artists or art commissioners who post to more than 2 sites. Takes so much of the hassle out of it, especially with tagging. Just gotta get it right and also gotta make sure you set up the tags right (or fix them quickly) for some places like e621 that are very specific about correct tagging.
