You have to be very careful on Discord. I almost fell for one of those once, it was a real account of someone I know, but the messages didn't sound like something he would say so I didn't click the link. Later the person told me his account had been hacked. ( x (oo) x )

I was tricked once into download a virus from the account of a friend I didnt spoke with in years as it made me think he created a new game that I should try. He was hacked. At least has a good ending: time later he recovered his account and I managed to eliminate the virus from my laptop and we spoke regularly again.
