I'm not 100% happy with the way they deal with human characters on the site anyway. x_x I mean, an anthro is essentialy an animal that looks like a human but retains specific animal features. And a lot of artists have varying styles, to some anthro is more defined as a human looking face and others prefer the original animal muzzles and faces.
What if someone posts artwork of a furless cat with a more humanish face? That would mean s/he only has cat ears and a tail and therefore is classified as a human, when it would be classified as anthro if the exact same image would have fur.
It's such an unpleasant grey area. Luckily I don't draw much adult stuff and nudes are easily censored, but it must be a bitch for a whole lot of artists who enjoy drawing both human and furry art.

Yep! We screwed up. It was an honest mistake - the moderator concerned was not aware of the prior decision - but you have our sincere apologies for it.
The images concerned should be restored soon. We'll also work to improve our process for dealing with such borderline images so situations like this don't reoccur.

I've always maintained that it's not the mistakes a company makes that people judge them on, but how they recover from those mistakes. Apparently IB actually listen to their members, and for that I'm really thankful :)
