Well, "heft" as in "hold/lift".

If the balls are TOO big, then lifting them to expose the labia becomes pointless, unless they're also really-low-hangers, and balls that hang really low don't look attractive (makes it look like the ligaments supporting them are weak and stretching).

Ohh, I had another inspiration last night, in a dream. This one might have to be an IB exclusive.
