Misskey sounds interesting. I'm already in so many places: FurAffinity, DeviantArt, Tumblr, InkBunny, Cohost, Pillowfort, Discord, Itaku... it's okay without twitter. But sad the internet is so split up!

I recommend Itaku -- it has a lot of activity and i get a lot of comments and interactions. it also has built in chat, gallery and feed, with the ability to share art you like (not just art you drew)
I am also active on Artconomy, Deviantart, e621, FurryNetwork, Inkbunny, Mastodon, Newgrounds, Patreon, Picarto, Pillowfort, Pixiv and SoFurry. But these websites all have severe limitations and drawbacks -- for example, Artconomy has almost no userbase, DeviantArt disallows adult material, Patreon disallows free porn, Pixiv requires censorship.
I strongly do not recommend FurAffinity or Weasyl because of their heavy-handed moderation; I have been banned from Weasyl for reasons unknown and suspended repeatedly from FurAffinity.
