Uploading old art?

by
I'm interested to preserve my old art here in inkbunny, but I'm expecting it to get mixed with my current art. Is there a way to reorganize how my drawings are feature in my gallery? Or keep my old art separated from my current art? I appreciate any suggestions.

You could always make a pool for your older art, and another for your newer art.

Ye this, or scraps like the fellow below mentioned

Could upload the old art to Scraps. That would keep it kind of separate.

You can also dump it all on a single submission post.

Submit a support ticket to bulk upload. Then you can post like 100 Pieces at a time. Art is chronological from publishing.

Also poops are great as well

Mizz uploaded his old stuff in huge batches. While it is convenient, I personally am not a huge fan of it as you can't tag or fave individual pics.

I would use https://furarchiver.net/ to download all your art and the descriptions and then just submitting a request to upload in bulk and putting it in its own folder or something...

Put your old art first. After, put your new art.

Art folders can be used. And they can be massive if necessary.

Got a few options

You can upload all of your old stuff into a single batch post.
You can upload it into scraps.
You can separate your old and new stuff into art folders.

I'd recommend one of the first two options, though

My approach has been to create a few mass uploads in my Scraps gallery with names like "Old Art (Jan 2003 - Dec 2004)"

++Doesn't spam your watchers
++Doesn't clog your gallery with a big block of art from 20 years ago
+ Not as much effort as individual uploads; just need to keyword the entire batch and write one summary, instead of keywording 500 images and writing (or neglecting to write) 500 descriptions
- Images aren't individually keyworded/described
-- People will almost always blacklist ONE thing in the upload, and then won't see any of it

I'll be curious what you decide!
