The way I understand the new ruling on FA that takes effect on July 1st; On FA, I could never have the characters I've drawn in the links below appearing in sexual situations because of the feral form in which I draw my characters...Even though the ones I linked here are adults.

It is a little strange after all these years where FA was already compliant with child decency laws Neer would for no reason tighten the rules on FA knowing it would upset the people that use the site. I think his past and the things people say he is into are catching up with him and he fears going to prison so does this to cover what he really is. Another person thinks Neer is getting ready to sell FA again and is doing this to remove all the copyright stuff first.
The really strange part is no reason was given like they are trying to hide why they did it.
