They can't stop you from drawing it. How would the said drawing hurt the person who doesn't want it to be drawn, if they can't see it? Sounds just like the bad people who I'm talking about: people who want to dictate your art without the right to do so. Every artist can draw whatever they want.

You can legally use it for practice or for fun, if you keeping it strictly for yourself. In US it goes under "Fair use" protection, which most usually allows nonprofit education and noncommercial uses of copyright protected pieces of art. Only if owner somehow finds out and fill the copyrights claim and then proves in the court that your use was "not fair", then you'll be in trouble.
