Some little staff member on e621 just deleted most of my art.
The reason I could find there at the dead posts were:
"Does not meet minimum quality standards. (Artistic)"
Now there are only two images left, only two of my drawings.
It was not "Millcore" or not even a high staff member like "Millcore" who had actually approved one of my drawings/posts before, it just really upsets me a lot, approving one or two of my drawings before and deleting all other images afterwards..
I can't even take the reason seriously.
It was a lot of work just to post and edit all of the tags.., it took hours over hours and over days, it's all gone in a moment.
Just the reason itself, it is just unbelieveable, very questionable. I mean who has the right to say this art is good enough and/or this isn't, that is not how art works at all.., art is very subjective, anyways, I have seen even worse art than mine on e621 in my opinion, but it hasn't got deleted at all, simply ridiculous.
Maybe it is also an attempt to mob me, idk, I wouldn't even wonder if it was the case there.
Their way of handling comments is very weird too, it's probably the only porn art site that doesn't allow comments like "I wish this was me". Earlier back then I defended someone, saying how the one could be banned for such an innocent comment right under a porn picture, then it didn't take long and I got a warning too, a warning flag on my account, it's really weird and just crazy.
If there weren't so many people that I have found before, I would already have left it.
If someone still uses this site, I can only advise against it, unless you never post anything and/or don't ever make comments. For example, there were barely anyone that has no warnings or flags on their accounts, and if they do so, they have very likely never posted anything or made any comments yet..
I also already heard before and you could probably google it, that the admins and staff there have already abused their power, to delete comments that they don't like, to flag someone or something as inappropriate or flag the accounts there without a proper reason or someone who complainet about their weird behaviour.
I will probably stop posting anything there, and might also abandon my account on e621, because it makes no longer sence to keep it up and work there, the terrible unfriendly atmosphere and their sick policy, why should I do anything for them anyway. I don't have to be treated like this and then still do so much.
