So I was bored the other day so felt like seeing when different sites had originally come out and how long I have lived without and with those sites. Here are a few. How about you? Comment below how long you have lived with/without each of these!
I was born Feb 4, 1986
Google -> Launch was Sept 4, 1998. I have lived longer with Google than without. I started Grade 7 when google was launched! [12 years without & 24 years with]
Wikipedia -> Launch was Jan 15, 2001. I have lived longer with Wikipeida than without. I was in grade 9 when Wikipedia was launched! [15 years without & 21 years with]
Facebook -> Launch was on my birthday, Feb 4, 2004. I have currently lived longer with Facebook than without. I turned 18 and was more than half way thru grade 12 when Facebook was launched! I didn't sign up for Facebook until 2008 [18 years without & 18 years 7 months with]
YouTube -> Launch was Feb 14, 2005. I have currently lived longer without YouTube than with. I was 19 when YouTube was launched! [19 years without & 17 years with]
Numa Numa -> Viral video made by Gary Brolsma was released on Dec 6, 2004. I lived for 18 years 10 months before it was released and it has been 17 years 9 months since it was released.
Reddit -> Launch was June 23, 2005. I have currently lived longer without reddit than with it! [19 years without & 17 years with]
Windows XP -> Launch was Oct 25, 2001 and final release was Apr 2008 (SP3). I'm including this as I feel it was one of the best operating systems and I still like it to this day. I lived for 15 years 8 months before the release and it's been 21 years since it's release.
