Well...

Hello guys,
I've been having a hard moment right now, and I'm going through severe depression and possibly dealing with a huge trauma that's going on... I'm not medicated yet because the health system kinda sucks, but hopefully, i'll be getting some treatment soon! I will continue with the work as usual, mostly cuz i still need the money and I want to be prepared for anything that might happen, so please keep sharing and liking my work so I can keep on, and thank each and all of you for all your support!

here is hoping you can get rest and treatment soon. I know from experience it can be hard without meds and without help but please dont give up! <3

I suggest looking into hypnosis and mindfulness (direct-to-frontal-cortex cognitive therapy, basically). I was hypnotized to quit smoking about two years ago and it completely reorganized my brain's relationship to stress and sadness. Instant personality reboot. While I started smoking again, I ended up quitting drinking, dumping my ex, and getting into school all because of that one experience. These days I'm as calm as a hindu cow.
