As far as additional tiers I was brainstorming a raffle system, like 10 bucks a "ticket" where you could buy multiple tickets a month to allow one or two people a month to get a full color commission from me. What do ya think? Good idea? Garbage idea? Good but in need of tweaking?

Imo, raffles can leave supporters frustrated if they rarely win. But drawing a reward image per supporter per month can burn an artist out. Just posting a steady stream of personal art can sometimes work, but only if your audience finds it engaging enough.
Perhaps look for ways to make subscribestar into a community or group experience, like sharing exclusive works-in-progress, insight into your art process or how you plan a piece, storytelling with art (like a short mini comic or picture series to develop a character), maybe doing private streams, maybe letting the audience vote on characters for an upcoming piece, etc.

The first paragraph there is basically exactly what I've been thinking and worried about with those three options (with me having experienced the second one HARD) with me only deciding a raffle would be okay after a couple people from the Patreon suggesting it and a few more saying they would be okay with it. Hard to know if it would end up being a bad idea regardless tho.
I'll definitely give some thought to the other suggestions there (quite partial to votes and CYOA style stuff but we'll see). Thanks.

I think I submitted early April so it took quite a while and thats with me messaging them about 5 times through their support email since then @_@. I was literally talking to someone yesterday about giving up and trying Pixiv Fanbox but they messaged me last night and then finally approved me a few hours ago.

A point system or raffle system's not a bad idea, if you do a raffle system then what might be fair is "Okay if you won the last raffle you can't be in the next two" or the like, this way it gives people who haven't won one an even chance.

Maybe make your primary tier a suggestion tier that you roulette at the start of the month? So that way, people still get input, but it’s entirely arbitrary what wins so nobody feels jilted by anything but the numbers.
