Finally! My laptop has been fixed! As it turns out, my hard drive died and it had to be replaced.
All of my files were moved to my external hard drive beforehand. However, I need to find a way to install Word Document back before I can properly write stories again.
Update 10/3/21: I've managed to download Word onto my laptop! Time to get back to my stories!
