So, I check my Inkbunny account today and find that a mod has decided to make one of my submissions private, (specifically this one: https://twitter.com/Mystery1171/status/1420429891611340...) with no explanation given or even any attempt to contact me. This has made me understandably upset, and I have no way of actually contacting the moderation staff to resolve the issue. This was clearly done in error and this must be corrected.
Hi there. You're right that you should've been contacted, and we're looking to see who had this on their plate (they may be asleep now), but the locking itself is not in error.
The work features a human in a sexual situation, as well as a depiction of their genitals, neither of which are permitted here. Putting them in a suit is more appealing, but does not make them not a human for the purpose of the laws we are concerned about. Only if and when they are physically transformed to the extent that we can consider them non-human would they be eligible for sex. Using the description to link to such work featuring humans is OK if it is clearly marked as such.
With regards to contact, there is a link to contact the support team via support tickets in the site footer on the left, although this should not be necessary in this case.
