Hiya everyone,
I thought I'd do a retrospect journal for all of those interested. As I said previously, this year has been pretty insane for me. In terms of writing, I've produced more this year than in years past and I have my audience as well as though as those who have commissioned and traded with me to thank for that. Most of the money I made went directly back into art to help further support and grow the community in which I love. I think I will be toning back how much I spend this coming year since I feel kinda guilty about how much I spent in art this year. Regardless, I still hope to produce and share with everyone in the future, and I hope more people will continue to enjoy my content.
Personally, I worked more this year than in years past. I won't go into too many details but my job was on overdrive for several months and as such my health failed for it. However, even despite people who I know and love getting Covid, I dodged the bullet. I fully intend to get and will promote support of the vaccine. Due to the nature of my job, I am like in the second or third group of people in phasing. There is a chance I may be taking a new job sometime in the second quarter of 2021 but only time will tell if that will come to fruition. I hope you guys will support me during that time of transition if it does happen.
In other furry related stuff, I got screwed over a fursuit that I should never have ordered. I don't wanna bore people with details on this but I got shafted several hundred dollars. I'm still trying to sell off the unused old furry stuff that I ended up moving on from. This includes the riolu partial as well as the tanuki OC I never developed. I've made a few new friends this year but I haven't' done quite as well socially as I would like. I'm hoping to improve this in the future but part of me thinks it won't because of how anti-social I am sometimes. Still, if you'd like to hit me up, feel free to do so on Telegram and I will try my best to keep up with it. Just please be patient as I'm not the most social fur out there.
As for the future, I have quite a few plans slated for my stories. I plan on starting a story for Hailun soon as well as continue the Miraj tale. For Pent, I have one story I am currently working on finishing. Regarding Arthur's name change issue, I think I will change his name. There are a few personal reasons for this but I hope people will respect my decision. I appreciate everyone's input on it but ultimately its what I wanted. On another note, I've also been throwing around an idea to do an AU involving Rogz and Pent's pokemon form. In short, I've got way too many plans and not enough time to do them all.
In closing, I'd like to thank everyone for their support during this unprecedented year. I am flattered to have a small community that likes my stuff and I hope to increase it in the future. As always I am trying to improve as a writer and as a person so I appreciate any and all support that I'm given. Here's to hoping the following year was better than this one. Happy New Year everyone!
