I first did one of these when I first joined IB and was beginning to do art with Sierra. Back in January I started to Send PM's out to some Volunteers and after sending a PM to Four different owners over the last handful of months, I haven't received a response. I figured since it has been so long many of the people on the list have moved on from IB so it seems like now is a good time to refresh the list. I can not guarantee I will get to every one who responds. I mainly only do clean pictures when I pull from this pool of candidates, though there could be a chance where I have a nude version made in addition to the SFW art done. I will be paying for 100% of any commission I have your character in that has volunteered here. Your character will be drawn at a good quality level with color and shading or even painted.
Requirements for this is that you have to have a reference for this.
I'm not about to pay to create a character for some one. Also you are allowing me to use the picture how ever I want as who knows I might want turn it into a mouse pad, you never know. I will reference your character and its owner where applicable. After a months time, you will be able to post the picture under your own profile after I have posted it here. But the picture is mine.
