It's not just you. But it is your email server. We're still on the old server but it's proxying via the new one for IPv4 connections, so everyone can connect. However, it can only connect out on the newer protocol IPv6, and believe it or not, Yahoo.com's mail is only accessible over IPv4. I think this is since it got bought out by Oath. We're working on a fix (i.e. getting mail up on the new server) and it should be fixed soon.
