Straw Poll: My own work vs Work I've Commissioned From Others

Poll here!

I created this poll because I'm kinda stuck and want some input.  For awhile now I've not been sure how I want to handle the art I create vs the art I get from others.  It all stems to a petty enough reason but it still bugs me enough I can't help bring it up: gallery stats.

When I post a new drawing I tend to watch the stats on it to see if people are enjoying it, but I also end up looking at the overall "most views" and "most favorites" stats as well to see how that drawing and other recent ones are faring in comparison to my previous work.  I love to see when a new work of mine comes up and surpasses it's predecessors despite them having more time to gain attention, as I see it as a sign my work is getting better and all that cool self-confidence type stuff.

Now here's where work I've commissioned comes into play.  Sorting by most views, the top 3 pics are all work I commissioned from others years ago and my own top work is trailing the 3rd place pic by about 1000 views.  Sorting by favorites is even worse as my own work doesn't appear until 8th place.  I enjoy looking at stats to see myself surpassing myself, but having work I've commissioned from extremely popular artists in my gallery puts an image in my mind of a wall I doubt I'll ever be able to surpass.  Even if I did, I respect many of these artists enough that I'd question whether I deserved to surpass that wall.

As I said, it's all perhaps a little petty, but even when I try to ignore their presence in my gallery and focus on myself, it's kinda like trying to count and do math while someone else is saying arbitrary numbers beside me.  It's not impossible but damn is it easy to get frustrated and have to start over.

I've actually got a pretty huge backlog of commissioned work I've not posted, some from artists that aren't actually on Inkbunny anymore.  I've just been really reluctant to post it because I start thinking to myself, "When will I end up page 2 material in my own gallery?" but yet I still want to share it with my friends and fans.

So I present a question for my watchers.  Do you prefer all art with Cyber to be on this gallery in one place, or would it be acceptable for me to move work from others off my gallery and into a different IB gallery?
It makes me wonder if I did such a thing if perhaps staff would be able to migrate those pics to that account so they keep their views, favorites, and comments, but I'm not holding my breath for such a thing.  Let me know either via the poll link at the top or in the comments below, I'd really appreciate it.  And as a special thank you to those who read through this wall of text, look between "self confidence" for a cropped preview of a wip for my next drawing in the works.  :3

I think either way is fine! If you don't want to mix commissions with your own art, have you considered posting commissioned works in your scraps instead?

I have considered that, but scraps still appear in the gallery stats so it doesn't entirely help the issue.

I like this account because I wasn't aware you had another. I love all your art and one day hope to trade with you!
