UPDATE 9-25-18: Got the $15 back today! =)
A few days ago, I updated my core membership on Deviantart, and just like last time, they take not $15, but $30, AGAIN!
Luckily, I was expecting this. Originally, I was going to put in a full $50 for a year-long extension, but decided to go with $15, just to be safe. I'm glad I did.
After trusting my gut, and seeing this happening again, I decided to contact the Help Desk. I had to use Internet Explorer, because for some odd reason, the Help Desk won't spawn in FireFox. After explaining the problem in a post, I waited a couple of days, and finally got this reply this afternoon:
Thanks for providing the information I've requested.
After looking into your purchase history, I see this second charge is a pending hold to ensure funds were available for your order. Rest assured as this pending transaction will expire within 10 business days.
If you have additional questions or concerns regarding this matter, please don't hesitate to reach out.

So this means that the double-purchase error is intentional as a precaution?
Well, I'll wait until the 10 days are up, and if the $15 isn't back in my bank, I'll contact them again.
Other than that bullshit, This month has been uneventful. I'm still working on finishing up Different's comic commission, despite claiming that I would have it done over the last 3 months. Right now, I'm currently doing the shading and highlights, and HOPEFULLY, I will actually have it completed this week for real this time. You can blame me due to work IRL and laziness if you guys want. I don't mind.
