Bad Movie Friday: When Animals Get Pissed!!!

Having an extra long marathon this night and all themed for campy giant animals.

First film starts at 6:30 Central(7:30 EST)

Films include a rat double feature of Rats and Gnaw:Food of the Gods 2, Mega Shark Vs Giant Octopus, and wrap things up with the hilariously awful Night of the Lepus(giant man eating rabbits)

"Night of the Lepus" is worth the entire stream.

Its the film that started the marathon and is the main feature =D

Oh I do plan to show the movie Alligator as an encore later in the week. I remember it being good so not to be played on Friday

AND..as added incentive..the 'director' who did Food of the Gods 2
ALSO did 'ABRAXAS! Guardian of the Universe' with the one and only JESSIE VENTURA!
That alone makes me want to see it! :D

And yes Alligator was good. Much better than it's title and the poster led you to believe
Some critics actually commented favorably on it being more intelligently written than the usual
huge animal runs amok movies.

We need to watch a few more modern blockbusters before moving onto more shlock after tonight X3

I do have an idea for a future marathon: When People RipOff Lucas!
Think 'Battle Beyond the Stars' and the 80s 'King Solomon's Mines'. i am looking for more obvious George Lucas rip offs but I want it to be American and not a parody, so no Turkish Star Wars or SpaceBalls (SpaceBalls will be for a Mel Brooks showing)

I wanted to add one last thing.
The reason the first rats movie DEADLY EYES was so
especially bad...

....it was directed by the same guy who did.........wait for it..
