Wacom Scrolling instead of drawing in photoshop

this is a problem I encountered yesterday when restarted computer, due to windows 10 update screwing this up

supposedly this is the solution, going to command prompt in start menu

reg add HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Pen /v LegacyPenInteractionModel /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

put that in and hit enter/restart..let's see if works

Yeah, there was all kinds of mess with tablet handling because they were trying (I think) to make sticky-notes and the like work conveniently. They did more work on it in the upcoming version of Windows, but the cumulative patch probably relied on libraries with the older changes compiled in.

just wanted to post as took me a day to find answer and it worked...as I'm sure other artists have the same problem
