Forcing/Coercing young/retarded characters to eat oversized, foreign objects like metal and plastic
Any situation involving a living hell where a character literally is unable to stop shitting, cumming, pissing, or drooling at an extreme rate. Preferrably shitting/cumming.
Smearing shit or blood (or both) all over people or youself and especially smearing it around the asshole, cock, balls, and face.
Anything that goes uncleaned for months, resulting in putrid, disgusting filth, whether it be shit unwiped on an ass or an unclean toilet to rub a dick on
Cleaning (Via tongue) public toilets that are in a fucked up and vile state, covered in copious puddles of piss, cum and diarrhea, and clogged and overflowing with shit with shit smeared all over the stalls and floor with absolutely nowhere to not get dirty, and unclogging hyperscat-clogged toilets with a hyper dick and having it flush while the cock is blocking it, causing more shit to overflow all over the plumber and possibly into their mouth.
