For anybody who's a geek like me and is familiar with JIRA, this is my low-budget attempt at applying JIRA to my art - by making a Google Spreadsheet Kanban wall x3
I imagine Kanban works quite well for art, since it's essentially similar pieces of work. A sprint model might work better for projects with varied requirements (including e.g. promotional activities). [ I don't think commissioners would appreciate being priority-ranked… ]

You're definitely right - wouldn't want anybody to feel like they're being ignored. The ultimate goal is just to ensure transparency and open communication as projects move along, so that way at the end the person isn't like, "That's not what I wanted, wtf is this?" xD
