Windows 10 upgrade. To install, or not to install?

Hey guys!

In a while I have a white icon of "Get-Windows-10 app" at the bottom right of the taskbar and I can reserved for installed the full version of Windwos 10 on my computer.
However I am not sure if I install the Windows 10 Upgrade, because I fear that any softwares of my computer are no longer functioning properly. Like Adobe Creative Suite, WiFi, graphics tablet etc.

But it is a free upgrade from Microsoft...

To install, or not to install, that is the question?
What do you think about Windows 10?
