People that rarely post are are posting images of themselves begging for people to give them money by Paetron now? Seriously?

Patreon is a tip jar people! Not supposed to be a subscription or begging system.

When I see crap like this the person will now get an instant unwatch, followed by a block and ban.

I am glad I am not the only one who's noticed this madness. People are making 2000+ for stuff that shouldn't even cost that much to begin with and lord knows what they are actually using it on. Not to mention the begging part. I give you props.

The final straw was seeing a blatant comic of begging from someone who hasn't posted art on IB for a long time.

I support what Patreon is doing, but it's clearly being abused by people.

It obviously is. It was bad enough to see all the BS please donate money to such people all over FA like a damn charity, but now this. I seriously SERIOUSLY wonder why these people.. I don't know.. Go get jobs? o.0 I work 40-35 hours a week and can afford everything I do and then some. I know some people out there DO need the help.. But every time you turn around? I don't know.. Sounds iffy to me.

I started doing this as well. I have seen several artists on FA that may post once every 1-2 months now suddenly posting all this please join my patron bullshit. Some I actually commented on saying something along the lines of "so we get to pay to see you one piece per month now?"

Sorry for necro posting, but I've always felt this way about Patreon. Being abused by those who want to make a quick buck.
