The smart money is on dark chocolate - 60% and up. It's hard to get in the USA, but try the baking aisle - it's often available as chocolate drops for cookies. Much more convenient than those 11lb blocks!

I agree that 60% is on the low side (it's what I can get easily here). Over 70% I don't perceive much benefit, and often the cost goes through the roof - I have also found some high-percentage bars to be chalky and unappetizing.
