The first thing I would suggest doing is using the arrows in the top right corner of a page to pick a background you like. :3
The second would be blocking any tags for stuff you don't want to see (cub, gore, etc..)

Yeah, grey is the only one I like. The others are pretty, but too distracting from the main content. XD
