ne bookmaker Fun88 has entered into a three-year partnership with football club Newcastle United.
Promoted to the Premier League for the upcoming 2017/18 season, which will mark the club’s 125th anniversary, the deal will see Fun88 become the Magpies’ official shirt sponsor.
Local media sources have reported that the sponsorship deal is the largest in the club's history, going beyond the £24m paid over five years by previous sponsor, payday loan company Wonga.
Newcastle will launch three new social media channels in Asia under the terms of the agreement – WeChat, Weibo and Dongqiudi – targeting international fans with club news and exclusive content.

“The relationship will enable the club and Fun88 to enhance our respective global profiles together as we celebrate a landmark season and embark on the exciting Premier League campaign ahead.”
