So like someone who has known Jim since 1998 told me a couple nights ago that Jim did make up Des Lee and that when they first met Jim had all "her" art with him in a binder. He said he saw him draw the art and that Jim's friend Herbert has seen him draw it as well. I asked him why Jim's mom doesn't know about him using an alias and he said "Jim didn't tell her everything." So like if that's true where did that picture of Des Lee over on Wikifur come from? In it the person happens to look just like she does is in comics, minus being an animal of course. Thats a hell of a coincidence. I am super confused about this.

I hope you're at peace and proud of what Jason and your mother have done to keep your legacy alive. I have tried my part as well and I've marginally succeeded. I only wish you were alive to see how many fans you still have since you thought what you drew wasn't that big a deal. It will be a good long while before anyone forgets who you are man.
