(That particular animation was going to have sound design and vocals incorporated. But it got weird, because I was collabing it, but I had my own ideas, then things back burnered as life continued.)
It's unfortunate, but I find again and again that finishing stuff is PUHRETTY damn hard. So be impressed when you see people doing that. Failed projects seem to be a learning step like any other thing in art.

I wouldn't say "I did nothing" - Things came up, life happened, my own ambitions made the project too crazy, and it ended up being on the back burner until it became irrelevant. Or so I thought.

It's actually more finished then that. I do have a version 3, and it's pretty much done. I was going to add a repeat button or something, but man - a lot of the drawings are so old, it just feels so weird to upload something that's so dated >-> There is some hot stuff in it though...
