I don't talk much when I first meet people. I’m usually just observing, figuring out how a room works before deciding if it's worth saying anything. It’s not because I'm shy; I just don't see the point in making noise.
I like things to make sense. When they don't, I want to know why, and then I want to fix it.
I’m selective about who gets access to me. Most people get the version that handles things. Very few get the version that’s tired, cares, or actually needs something. If you're one of them, you earned it.
I don't forget how people treat me. Good or bad.
