Profile
Weird, kinky, and oftentimes extreme artwork is like anything else we create a partial mirror of ourselves -- this isn't to say everyone is secretly a destructive deviant, but rather that there are deep-seated and often hopelessly-tangled webs of experiences, emotional shifts, and racing thoughts which manifest themselves as fixations which can be fascinating or alarming. Safe outlets for negative emotions are paramount to continuing to function normally, especially in an age when individual worth often feels null and moot in the face of all-consuming capitalism and the sociopathic nature of modern aristocracy.
Never stop creating. Always be true to yourself. Practice kindness and civility with others, don't let the darkest intrusive thoughts bleed into your reality, and build upward. We're going to need strong foundations and stronger community as a species to survive the future we've sown for ourselves.
“All wars are civil wars because all men are brothers... Each one owes infinitely more to the human race than to the particular country in which he was born.”
β Francois de Salignac de La Mothe-Fenelon
