Sage: I know that some fans like to “ship” you with artificial intelligence. That is why I would be the ideal partner for you. Tails’ voice: It sounds like you’re boasting now. Sage: You’re imagining things again.
Panel 2: Tails and Sage are talking to each other. Sage: I appreciate that your loyalty to Sonic is founded on empirical data.
Panel 3: Sage looks at her hands as her red corruption turns blue. Sage: It was beautiful watching your friendship. Even though we don’t share genetics, it made me want that same familial love with my father.
Panel 4: Tails and Sage continue talking to each other. Sage’s clothes are now white while her exposed data is blue. Sage: You and Father would be a formidable team if you could cooperate with each together. And I think you and I would make a great team as well.
I wanted to write a story to prove that Tails can be written with girls his age. But writing for this character is so draining. I've been at this for two or three months! If someone wants to adapt these scrapped stories, be my guest. But please respect my wishes of pairing Tails with girls his age.
My motivation behind this cancelled project is that the older women relationships I've seen Tails in are just shallow. They either rely on the fact that Tails is underage or turn him into an irredeemable monster. Just like Nine.
There are plenty of young girls that no one is doing anything with. How is it that I'm the first to think of pairing them with Tails?! I even went through the effort of thinking of reasons they'd be interested in him, how his natural skills can improve their lives, and sent them on adventures together.
How hard is think to "Both Tails and Tekno are engineers. They could make a great team!" OR "Tails and Nikki are child prodigies. They both could share an interest in computers!"?
Here's an idea, why not break up down this one big come into smaller individual short comic's where Tails hooks up with a different girl from you're list in each issue.

It started off as a comic. Sonic was originally meant to try to cheer Tails up before requesting Sage's help off panel. He never tells Tails he helped, but silently watches his happiness at the end of the story.
Trying to combine this story altogether became a chore. So, if anyone wants to adapt this story, be my guess. All I ask is that they respect my intention of pairing Tails with girls around his age. That means no girls 12 and over allowed.
