A slight correction to the previous comment: human content is allowed, but only in strictly non-sexual situations. Any content including humans that contains sexual situations or that shows genitals - aroused or not - is prohibited. So, for example, an image showing a human posing with an erection wearing a diaper would not be allowed either. While you can't see the genitals, it is visible sexual arousal. I don't know how it is when the humans aren't themselves a focus of the scene (e.g. a background character just walking by), but I wouldn't risk it.
