Kane's Purifier was once one of Kane's top Lieutenants. since the disbandment of the royal army he's now considered one of Kane's top enforcers. however he hasn't always been around. killed 200 years ago, he is brought back when Kane commands

Kane's Purifier wares a full suit of armor heat resistant and strength enhancing, like all brotherhood army it's adheres to the Black and Red color scheme
Accessories
Around his arms are nozzles that allow the flames to flow, beyond that he wears a red fire retardant cape that can be used as a "fire blanket" to protect him should an inferno get out of control
