This was first on my two item to-do list (well now two items since Kashina is never coming back again over causing so many people to be bummed out over Carmalita leaving.)
Rosie is a Dragon from a clan that lives in the arctic region of Flarth and doesn't get silly since the water dragons of Flarth cannot afford to be silly due to them losing their ice castle. Originally Kashina was going to get help from her to rescue Adolph, but since Carmalita being put up for adoption after Kashina faced off against her bummed people out, then Kashina had to go.
Unlike the traitor, she will not be associated with the Squeakers or Adolph's love interest (since Adolph cares nothing for finding love and loves pranks more.)
One on my tasklist down and one to go. (The "Looney Tunes Show" thing left)
Base was RennaNeko of DA.
She is a little ill-equipped since the water dragons don't have enough resources to properly outfit their ninjas with gear or even match their outfits to match the glamor of the ones underneath Captain Dawn's leadership.
