Placed in scraps because still a work in progress.

THIS IS WHY I'VE BEEN DEAD.

IMAGE 1: Demi

Firstly: Yes, there are some weird graphical errors, I couldn't figure out how to fix it. :(

Demi was the first character I have "completely" modeled and rigged by myself. I am pleased with how he came out, but he's actually way too big polygon wise. I would have to butcher his geometry in order to get him to a reasonable poly count. Not only that, but his rig became a huge cluster-fuck where joints just did not want to work. In other words: He's broken as FUCK.

I plan to remake him in the future though--he's my DemDem!

IMAGE 2: Maverick

Maverick is another story...His geometry is better, his rigging is going great, but a lot of the issues come from weight painting (joint influence). Another issue is that his clothes don't have enough polygons, so parts of his body will clip through. Demi doesn't actually have a torso or legs, it's common for characters so  to keep the poly count low. Unlike Demi, Maverick actually has another set of clothes that he can change into (not shown), which is why he has a full body.

But nonetheless, Maverick is doing fine, and I hope to fix his clothing problem in the future and possibly his geometry as well.

So yeah...................still practicing.......
