Kuru has a tendency to be mildly overbearing, without being obnoxious.
She's a curious child and wants to know and learn as much as she can.
Highly intelligent.
She enjoys fishing for shrimp and clams, and meeting people from in-land.

Background/History
Kuru is one of many of the squid children that live among the waters of Estalgia.
The coast line has half a dozen settlements of these squid families that live and fish the waters. Most of them are merchants that sell fish, nets, or other wares related to the ocean.
Kuru is the only child of a small family that lives near the castle.
While the Squidren are mostly an aquatic species, they can exist out of water for several hours before needing to return.
One day during a vacation Tamina found her on the beach. Kuru was sick and alone. She brought her to Manic and the whole Moon family took care of her until she was healthy again.
Kuru soon became a full member of the group and never looked back again. She enjoyed the time with her new friends and family.

Her real family is unknow, but now she is part of Manic Moon and his family.

Kuru doesn't like to wear clothing because she lives in the ocean. But she does own a scarf that washed up on the beach.
And Manic makes her wear a matching dress, when they are around bigger public crowds or visit high class events.
