That's what I thought too, in my head I had more rules but unfortunately I ran out of space on the paper so I only included the first two.

Well in my head they were like this:

-Rule #1: Sonic sux
-Rule #2: Echidnas are cool
-Rule #3: Grapes are the most delicious food
-Rule #4: Don't waste time thinking
-Rule #5: The master Emerald is very sexy
-Rule #6: Fests beat feet
