Amelia is Victor's assistant/secretary/pet based on the situation
Personality
although she works under an incredibly evil person, she's actually really kind, she is very smart and organized, but on rare occasion she can be kind of an airhead
Background/History
as a child she was taken from her family by bandits, a young, less evil victor rescued her, she was far too young to tell him where she lived, he took her in and raised her as his daughter, she took an interest in books and numbers, and as she grew up she wanted to help victor in his duties as the grand mage
she knows full well of his dark plans but she is all too happy to help him, as long as he is happy
