Small character sheet for Tabatha, Desmond's mother. She's a Viridi Dragon (fun little thing, female Viridi have small horns under their chins).

I tried to write it as to avoid any spoilers by highlighting events that happen, instead writing a summary of her personality and family. Hopefully this will add a bit more when reading Size Matters 2 and any other future stories. Am planning on doing a few of these, the next one will be Sylvester who is Desmond's father.

Monumendo is the name of the world all these characters live on, I've created quite a few races by using older art (there are 4 sub species of Venkat!) which has been a great deal of fun to build on. A Story Never Told is set in the same world.

I like her. I would love to meet her if she was real. She sounds like a lot of fun to be around.

What is so great about your work (besides the likable characters), are also those little bits of information about the vivid world you created. While reading the story you can feel that it is embeeded in a greater world and that is always a plus.

I know that is very hard work to set up a world without always shouting exposition in a comic (just started my own and am struggeling with that), so I always love to see it work with others. Learning a thing or two ;)

It is tricky to avoid exposition. What I found worked for me with the dialogue was to write it quite heavily in exposition so I knew what I wanted to get across then go back over it and re-write it to sound like a real conversation between characters. You do lose some information but it just seems far more natural.

Like on page 5 of Size Matters 2 I mentioned that Tabatha was Desmond's mother, which all of the characters already know. So instead I had a remark from Tabatha that only a mother would say :)
