So I got some great critique on my most recent picture over on Hentai Foundry (you won’t find it on there, though - sorry), and it inspired me to do some studying on color theory and shading and light sources to give my art more depth. This is my first time ever trying this technique, in which I filled in my base colors and then used those layers to shade based on the color of the light source and atmosphere and what not. I have been studying this tutorial, and there is a page that compares two pictures of a Eevee, one in the sun and one under the moon. Guess where this Julie is going to be next? =3
ALSO: please, if you can, give me critique on this too! I know it’s brand new and shiny and definitely an improvement on my last shading technique, but it can still be made better! Also anatomy, colors, hair, etc. Anything you spot that you would have done differently, tell meh!
