Kendall has gotten enough confidence now to sometimes go out fully cross-dressed with Webster in public. I guess Webster was making some joke or comment to Kendall to make him want to pull him aside suddenly and press his rump against Websters groin, wiggling and teasing it. I don't think Websters skirt is going to hide whats underneath much longer after that!
