Aristocles is the Twilight Guardian of Bright Ice. Lore
Originally he was a Greek philosopher who discovered the world Lykofos beyond the forth dimension. In this world he met Aletheia and her son Girunesis. He also struck up a deep relationship with Aletheia. After several chaotic events that happened in Lykofos, Aristocles received the legacy of the guardian of ice, Zoi, turning into it.
Xombra, the Guardian of the Shadows began a genocide to clean his world from humans. Aristocles, Aletheia and Girunesis, with some other heroes, failed to stop him. So, they chose to put Xombra in a teseract in exchange for the sacrifice of the heroes.
Aletheia was pregnant of Miryam, but offered to sacrifice herself to lock Xombra in the teseract. During the sacrifice, Aristocles released Miryam from Aletheias womb taking her with him to the Astral plane where he could keep her development with Neo's help, the guardian of Darkness, in absence of her mother.
Two millenniums later, Aristocles rose Miryam at the age of 12 to ensure her survival. He also sent Girunesis to protect her. Aristocles entered the subconscious of Miryam and now he guides her in dreams and offers his power if needed. ----------------------------------------------------------------------
