Story :
In the far and alternate universe. Luna turned into Nightmare Moon be the jealousy she held for her sister, Celestia. She left her elder sister no choice but to banish her to the moon with the Elements Of Harmony. After Luna was banished. The enemies of the ponies saw the good chance to invade. The war between races has happened. Celestia failed to bring a peace and harmony to Equestria. The war became worse and ponies had nearly gone extinct. In the end, they decided to use the great weapon of magic to end the war. The blast of the magic ended the wars, but it turned the magic in the area to toxic. Now Equestria has turned into a apocalyptic land and all creatures must live in the land full of toxic magic.
1000 years later. The banishing spell has lost it's power. Nightmare Moon has returned to Equestria once again and found that the Equestria she knew, no longer existed. It seem like her plan on bringing eternal night must be stopped for a while. She has to find out what happened to her land.
She turned back into Luna and began searching for her sister. She found so many pony along the way.
Dog Meat - "Winona"
Sole Survivor - Rainbow Dash and her usefully Pip-Colt.
Diamond City's Reporter - "Rarity" and her assistant "Pinkie Pie"
The Griffon Raiders - A group of Griffon bandits that roam free in Equestria. They pillage, plunder, murder, ruin the day of anyone unfortunate enough to not be one of them.
The Minutemare - "Applejack" and her Apple Family. They planed to make home for all ponies and protect them from all harm.
The Brotherhood Of Steel - Paladin Shining Armor and his smart sister, Scribe Twilight Sparkle. They work for elder Blueblood as the military in order to collect all powerful weapon and technology. And eliminate all Griffon Raider, Ghoul Pony, Super Mutant Pony and Changeling. For Equestria to be clean once again.
The Railroad - The leader Fluttershy and her plan to bring the freedom to all Changeling.
The Changeling - They were created by the mysterious institution with dark magic. They have ability to turn themselves into any pony. Best for replace and disguise. They are classified into one of three generations depending upon their complexity of mind.
The Institute - The mysterious group of Equestria. They used Changeling as slaves to do their job. They planned to make a better future for Equestria by creating the perfect peaceful pony that have harmony and friendship in their heart.
The journal of one lonely princess sister had begun....What kind of ending awaits her in the end?

Just a crazy idea after playing Fallout 4. While I played it I also though which character in Fallout 4 can be replace with Character from the MLP show. And here is a result of my crazy idea. I never read Fallout Equestria before and Fallout 4 is the first game in series I play. If anyone want to write a fiction from this crazy idea. Feel free to do it cause I might don't have time to make it myself. =w="
